Our brick and mortar retail shop is closed permanently. We have no hours for the public. We ship orders each weekday around 8am. To ensure your order gets shipped quickly, please note that our order cut off is 7am Monday through Friday. Some exceptions can be made if available.
We can be reached by phone at (727) 344-9640 roughly between the hours of 9am and 3pm Eastern Standard Time. On occasion, we may answer after hours, but note that we may not be near a computer to answer specific product questions. If you leave a message, you will receive a return call from a 415 area code cell phone number.
Reaching us through email is often the easiest way to contact us. If you send a message and no response has been received, please follow up with us. At times, we receive so many emails, that messages sometimes disappear.
